February The Fourth

ALMIGHTY God,
who hast planted in us a desire to be freed from the bondage of things seen and temporal,
grant that we may be increasingly delivered from their yoke;
and, that we may be truly and always free,
reveal unto us the power of those things which are not seen and are eternal.
We would walk through this world cheerfully and hopefully, seeking evermore to serve Thee with faithful hearts; through Jesus Christ our Lord - Amen.
