O GOD, refresh and gladden my spirit; purify my heart; illumine my power. I lay all my affairs in Thy hands. Thou art my Guide and my Refuge. I will not be sorrowful and grieved any more. I will be a happy, joyful being. I will not be over-anxious any more. I will not let trouble harass me any longer. I will not dwell on the unpleasant things of my life. O God, Thou art kinder to me than I am to myself. I dedicate myself to Thee, O Lord -- Amen.
